Swallows Pre-school provides up to 16 places for children from the age of three. We offer morning, afternoon or all-day sessions. 

 

Children have access to all of our resources, both indoors and outdoors, all day everyday. When they older children come out at playtime, they are able to mix with them if they want to.

 

Our staff are highly skilled and build fantastic relationships with the children in our care. We know each child very well, which enables us to tailor learning opportunities to each and every child individually.

 

Swallows is part of the Wellington Area Rural Federation (WARF), along with Stawley Primary School, Stawley Pre-school and of course, Sampford Arundel Primary School. As such, we have strong links with local primary schools and many of our children also attend Stawley Pre-school on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. We are also able to access the wider pool of resources and expertise provided by being part of a larger network.

The pre-school is located in a classroom at Sampford Arundel School and we are very much part of the wider school community and often join in with whole school events or spend time with Class One.
